While at Petco I would Groom/bath anywhere from 5-10 dogs a day. If i had down time i would face the main store, Answer customer questions, help with displays, restock shelves, checkout customers on register, i also made the salon schedules, trained/couched new groomers, prepared the team for corporate inspections and made sure the grooming salon safety was upheld.
While working at Hot Paws I would groom/bath 2-5 dogs a day, rebook future grooms, answer phone calls and help clean the salon/shop at the end of the day.
While working at Double C I was a Boarding kennel staff in the mornings. helping feed pets, clean kennels and exercise the boarded dogs. I would finished up and go over to their in house grooming salon to help bath dogs or groom any extra dogs or walk in nail trims. On weekends i would work as a Barista in their drive thru coffee shop. Making coffees, engaging with customers and keeping a clean and friendly environment.
