Used fork lift to move pallets and breakdown pallets of flooring in to individual jobs. Loading the jobs into contractor vehicles

• Oversaw job sites and checked for accuracy, quality and to ensure that all project specifications were met.

• I worked swing shift graveyard, and one day shift I did maintenance requests during the day and at night I did the janitorial work and watched over the residents. It was a retirement facility and I was trained to handle emergency situations.

• Resolved resident work orders quickly, restoring comfort and minimizing service disruptions.
• Inspected common areas, identifying hazards and correcting issues to maintain safe, clean conditions.
• Repaired doors, fixtures, appliances, and wall surfaces using standard hand and power tools.
• Monitored building systems and responded to urgent maintenance requests during off-hours.
• Documented completed repairs, parts usage, and follow-up needs to support accurate maintenance records.
