As a Team Leader I had to learn how to become a leader and improve my communicating skills. I trained people in many different car parts and also had to train in Spanish and in English. I am the one who instructs the inspectors and I am the one who review everything with them. I have very good communication with my inspectors and not only am I their team lead but I am also their friend. I like that the inspectors feel comfortable with me so they won't be shy to ask questions. I also have to have communication with the customers and the suppliers of the car parts like discuss bad parts and good parts.
