Facilitate the improvement of a company’s overall financial and operational performance., Develop and monitor business performance through scorecards, metrics, and trends., Identify opportunities for improvement and root causes of issues., Maintain positive business relationships with various internal groups, external customers, and leadership/management personnel., Facilitate internal change through process improvement, problem identification, resolution, and implementation., Work with leadership and management to ensure appropriate alignment of business initiatives with defined business strategies of the organization., Develop, coordinate, and deliver quality-based transition programs for new or reengineered business systems., Demonstrated understanding of acquisition concepts and function, procurement strategy development, and the ability to influence key stakeholders to support implementation., Lead the State’s effort to modernize regulations and administrative rules that govern procurement; focused on eliminating redundancies, clarifying conflicts, incorporating flexibility, and providing tools to increase efficiency and accountability., Lead the upgrade and expansion of the State’s eProcurement system that provides end-to-end visibility into solicitation practices, contract management, spend management and analysis, and opportunities for operational enhancement.
