Currently, I provide psychological help online to Ukrainian women, who had to leave their homes and loved ones and also to those who are still in Ukraine at the moment, trying to survive. I

I was invited couple of times to the Maternity Center (Kharkiv, Ukraine) with a lecture for women who are expecting. Main goal was to explain what happens in a family where a newborn arrives and how to prepare yourself for changes that will appear, alongside with the knowledge needed, how should mom take care of herself first.
