  • Continuously contributing to cross functional team collaborations for New Program Launch (NPL) for steering systems for multiple customers, i.e. Ford, Nissan, Toyota. Input includes supplier tooling timing, cost validation, product quality assurance.
  • Developing target pricing for direct material with Cost Planning and Finance department representatives.
  • Managing multiple buyer activities for direct material content for new materials in terms of pricing and variance to set targets.
  • Participating in new design development process for new markets for steering systems within automotive sector.
