• Taking Rudolf Steiner's Curative Education ideas to practice, I worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to help students heal and reach learning and developmental objectives.
• Taught multiple subjects to students in differentiated classroom instruction to elementary students with a range of neurodiversity physical and cognitive disabilities.
• Partnered with standard education teachers from across academic departments.
• Helped students with special needs integrate into general classroom environments by advocating for individual requirements and assisting teachers to solve problems.

• I co-founded, operated, and taught in a small farm-based non-profit school serving children K-8 and their families and bringing Curative Education ideas to practice.
