I have learned the importance of dependability and reliability within many settings, like throughout school, in the workplace, and on a volleyball team. I enjoy being around many different people and always staying busy. I have plenty of experience handling customers and cash/card transactions. I am always eager to interact with my peers and other people I meet. I work well in challenging and fast-paced environments and am able to take on many tasks at once while staying focused on performing efficiently.
Volunteering is a huge part of my life. I have volunteered with the Salvation Army during the holidays to ring bells that raise money to support their cause. I also spent my junior and senior year of high school volunteering at a nonprofit in my town, St. Gerard House. During this time, I worked with individuals with special needs and built friendships with them inside the organization. I worked alongside the staff helping with different activities throughout the day. Even though I'm just starting my freshman year of college, I volunteer with the Best Buddies program which is an organization where college students can be paired with a special needs individual from around their community that's also in the program.
