Managed and coordinated the preparation of fresh ingredients for opening hours, was directly responsible for packing and ensuring correct delivery for food ordered, as well as teaching new employees in their roles. Has learned every role in the store, from taking customer orders, to preparing and cooking food with 500+ degree ovens with food safety in mind, to exporting finished deliveries without mistakes.

Called and organized pick up and delivery of various vehicles (cars, motorcycles, boats) in collaboration with a driver. Developed routes and negotiated fair prices and positively improved relationships between clients and the company, leading to future preferential treatment and priority for the most profitable jobs.
