• Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, and visual displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Implement merchandising strategies, including floor set planning and execution, replenishment, and product launches, to maximize sales and customer engagement.

• Stay up-to-date on current retail trends and competitor activities to inform visual merchandising strategies.

•Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising standards, product knowledge, and customer service.

•Contribute to a positive and rewarding customer experience through effective visual merchandising and customer service interactions.

•Assist with store operations, including loss prevention, shipment handling, and other tasks as needed.

•Photograph and write verbiage for visual directives, and communicate visual training initiatives to field teams.

•Visit stores, work with field leaders and provide feedback and solutions to store specific issues that is in line with brand and most recent merchandising and styling direction.
