• Organize and administer food, medicine, and treats for the boarding dogs.
• Manage other working employees to make sure everyone is on task and alert when around the dogs.
• Monitor dog's play styles and behaviors while making sure the warehouse is as clean as possible.
• Train in new employees.

• Create a "Discovery Collection" containing numerous pictures and basic info for all the 2023 sailings.
• Write and design 5 social media deliverables each month for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Submit client information, social media deliverables, and trip brochures through Hightail.
• Reorganize shared drive for entire company to be more accessible.
• Use Excel to choose certain client groups based on location and trip history to send targeted trip brochures and other information.
• Create new pages on gonext.com for all 2023 sailings including photos, itineraries, and interesting things clients will see on their trip.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to create new brochures for each trip.

• Seat customers, buss tables, and run food.
• Answer the phone, take and assemble to-go orders and take reservations.
• Train in and supervise the new hosts while helping facilitate communication between them and current employees.

• Direct customer communications through email and mail
• Process airfare travel itinerary, tickets, and other trip documents
• Manage cruise brochure inventory and guest registration forms
• Generate traveler reports in excel and Peak 15 and ensure all information is accurate
