Six years of customer service in high stress environments paired with experience in telemarketing has given me a work ethic adaptable to many situations. From my history in customer service, I have built a foundation upon organization, team work, communication, punctuality, reliability, and flexibility. For these reasons, functioning in high volume environments which require quick thinking is second nature to me.
At the Three Cod Tavern, I gained foundational experience in dining etiquette and the art of waitressing. I developed a solid understanding of various popular alcoholic beverages and their ideal food pairings, allowing me to provide informed recommendations to guests. This role also deepened my knowledge of restaurant etiquette and customer service, teaching me how to create a welcoming atmosphere and prioritize customer comfort and satisfaction.
