- I have worked in a restaurant in Mexico in the grill area I worked only for six months and that was when I decided to come to the United States.
- What I like most as a cook is that each customer and person who is part of the restaurant tries my food, their palate is really delighted.
- In the kitchen I describe myself as a good boy and I always try to make sure that the other members are well to form a good team.
