Manufacturing Engineer
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional team projects with Quality, Capacity, Controls, Design and Process improvement Engineers to initiate Kaizen events and provide DFM input.
- Responsible for introducing and installing new machines, new processes, and providing the necessary training to Operations team.
- Provide daily technical support for Operations to ensure ef ficiency and uninterrupted production.
- Fanuc-based Robot Of fline Programming (OLP) for manufacturing processes such as Fiber Laser cutting, Press Brake bending and hands-on troubleshooting using Teach Pendants and enhanced mechanical solutions.
- Perform SQL data inquires to retrieve relevant production information for level-loading and optimization purposes.
- Utilize ERP software to track manufacturing components and monitor relevant orders.
