Summary

I was born in Barcelona, Spain and moved to Miami, Florida in 2009. I was introduced to the hospitality industry at a young age as my dad is a chef and that lead me to grow up in that business. After high school I took a gap year and started working full time at a restaurant. I then lived back to Barcelona for a year and took a design course at IED Barcelona. Since being back in Miami in 2023 I have been studying Hospitality event planning and management at Miami Dade College as well as working full time in a bakery and a restaurant.
