Oversee IB and OB sort with 8 ops manager, 6 ops admin, and 90 ph's-Monthly BCSA completion-All operational system and facility maintenance of the 481 station(coordinate with maintenance vendor)-Facility upkeep-Sourcing and selection of ph's, admin, and ops managers-Oversee QA department-Ops manager training and development-Operational safety and OSHA compliance-Work with local P&D & LH contractors on both the IB and OB shift to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, dispatches, and arrivals.
