  • Maintains equipment and record. Maintain and verify a log sheet of all guard hours worked on the shift.

  • Provide supervision of guards responding to campus emergency. Responds to campus emergencies and incidents.

  • 2. CCURE 9000 Monitoring Station – a system to monitor entrance/exit turnstiles on the badge station to check for any to allow or reject or to clarify entry of an individual entering the facility.
  • 3. Visitors Passage Point – a system to issue Visitors Badges to be escorted by any active employee.
  • 4. Milestone XProtect – a system to monitor more than 200 CCTV cameras to ensure more secured facility.
  • 5. FTB Net – a system wherein all programs, projects and events are in place for information dissemination, and other online system for FTB employees and other CA taxpayers and a system to enter in the computer IRs (Incident Reports).
  • 6. Other complex systems related to Security services as deemed necessary using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
