As a Security Associate at the Perot my responsibilities are the following

• Being attentive and vigilant in the Control Room whether that’s answering phone calls, looking at camera footage, checking in contractors/volunteers and overall making sure everything is running smoothly.
• Throughout the day I have both an Interior Patrol and an Exterior Patrol. The Interior Patrol is throughout the entire museum and has 32 checkpoints. Now the Exterior Patrol involves the Perimeter of the museum and has 12 checkpoints.

This allows for me to be consonant of my surroundings making sure everything is working properly inside and assuring nothing odd is happening outside the museum

• Being alert in the Atrium. When being in the atrium I’m staying observant of visitors coming in and out. Making sure no weaponry is being brought inside (knives). Letting guests know no sort of smoking is allowed on the premises. Assisting guest services and my peers to any Codes being brought to our attention. This involves me being visible to guests, guest services, other security associates etc.
• Finally clearing out the building at the end of the day. This process starts around 4:55 as we vacate the building from all 6 floors including stairwells to rest assured nothing happens later on in the 2nd shift nor 3rd shift. Lastly we lock up the front entrance, Cafe Door, Terrace and in certain instances clearing out the Plaza area in case any events were to happen that day.

Later on I would then switch over to the swing shift

Thursday 11pm-7am

Sunday 7am-3pm

Tasks remained relatively similar as they were when I worked the 9-5 shift only difference would be the additional patrols as well as logging in keys, and incident reports.

(I just received my certificate of completion Level ll Security Training. As well as my guard card) UPDATE: I have now also received my certificate of completion for Level lll Security Training.

My role as being a Security Guard are the following.

• Patrol store, acknowledge customers, and review CCTV footage of a 1,000-square-foot building to deter shoplifters and enforce federal, state, and store safety guidelines
• Identify and respond to suspicious activities within 30 seconds, decreasing shoplifting
• Report alarms, incidents, and crimes to 3 other security and the city police department
• Safeguard the premises to create a safe and fun environment for all guests, staff, and performers.

My job as an energy consultant is to be able to give homeowners the secondary option of going renewable. Everyday as an apprentice we carpool together to different turfs (neighborhoods) and schedule appointments for our engineers to follow up and close.

• Collaborated with regional managers to strategize sales approaches and enhance account management.
• Thoroughly documented customer interactions and inquiries for continuous improvement.
• Educated clients on solar energy advantages, facilitating informed decisions and follow-up actions.
• Generate own leads by directly contacting homeowners, initiate conversations and close home owner contracts to save money while using clean solar energy.

During my time at La Quinta as a Front Desk Concierge my roles were to

• Welcome/Greet Visitors
• Simple daily tasks including checking guests in/out, setting payments, booking/cancelling previous bookings.
• Answer any questions or concerns the visitor may be experiencing.
• Handling 5-10 phone calls per hour from potential prospects.
• Promptly forwarding calls to desired extensions/voicemail/cell phone
• Navigating flexible bookings while providing great guest service.
• Perform data entry of visitors information, while always being respectful of their privacy.
• Handling all front desk functions.
• Maintained an orderly workplace to guarantee efficient operations.

As a Car Salesman at Toyota of Grapevine my responsibilities were to figure out our Clients needs and wants when it came to any vehicle they were considering on purchasing/leasing.

• Developed sales strategies to increase sales volume by 15% and go beyond monthly quotas; sold over 20 cars every month
• Used strong communication skills to explain product features, demonstrate ownership benefits, and close deals with customers.
• Increasing customer database by actively prospecting for new leads on social media platforms as well as simple cold calls.
• Arranging test drives for customers
• Achieved recognition as "Top Salesperson of the Month" 3 times during my last year
• Trained new sales staff on effective sales tactics and product knowledge to help elevate team performance

As a stocker at Eataly my morning duties is to make the store presentable before opening(9am). This means facing the store, Filling drinks up, Looking at expiration dates, Filling any products on sale that are in display, and bringing out the pallets from the warehouse.

My afternoon duties as a stocker is typical stocking, Printing out tags for missing product, Checking in pallets making sure all product was delivered, and Occasionally placing orders

Some accomplishments I could say is I've done a significant difference to the company since starting. I've also been able to refer workers that have had great potential since starting. (5 people)

• Trained 5 new hires
• Responsible for cleaning Warehouse
• Ensured that all merchandise counts were in order

My duties as a stocker at Target was to take care of inventory in the beginning of my shift. This means making a cart of said items in our Zebra device that shows it needs to be stocked.

Once thats done its usually around the same time the truck is unloaded from the conveyor belt. Rather than being in charge of just stocking Organic food like in kroger I focused on every grocery item including drinks.

I would also have to do audits for my department whether it be counting inventory on the sales floor or just moving items into appropriate spots in the backroom. There were times on Sundays we're I'd put ads from 7 x 11 tags to actual signs. Lastly being able to create end caps and displays.

A significant accomplishment I had at Target was I was a seasonal worker that had the opportunity to continue full time.
