• Roomed patients, kept medical records, reception, prepped for procedures and assisted with surgeries.

• Trained with Cafe Vita reps, learned the ins and outs of high level espresso, kept inventory, and learned to schedule while managing a very talented team.

• Helped revive a small business during the most depressing times of covid.

• Learned high level table service for the first time.

• First ever job being introduced to the customer service world.
