  • REFUGEE EDUCATION CENTER: Tutored refugee students in order to help them with their classwork and also provide assistance in adjusting to American culture.
  • GROWTH INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER EXCURSIONS: Completed a 2-week volunteering trip traveling to Jiquilillo, Nicaragua and Little Corn Island. The main focus was to teach the English language in order to help locals thrive in their professions, construct schools to further education in their communities, and become educated and take action against the environmental issues in Nicaragua.
  • MARY FREE BED: Volunteered with Artists Creating Together (ACT) in the pediatric unit at Mary Free Bed. Tasks included facilitating art classes and communicating directly with the youth patients and their caretakers.
