• I was a legal advocate for a full case load of children in foster care. This included writing court reports, testifying, and documentation.
• facilitated families involved in each case and aided them in following services to reunify with their children.
• maintained safety in each child's placement, monitored behavior, school progress, and medical and dental needs.
• completed trauma assessments, family team meetings, risk assessments, behavioral intervention and many more.

• I guided at-risk youth in the classroom and in a residential setting.
• I was in charge of behavior management with each individual youth's program. This also included conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques in times of distress.
• I did many programs outside of my role including raising butterflies, assistant fitness teacher, and organizing a food waste program with the cafeteria.

• I worked at a transitional living center for refugee boys between the ages of 14-17.
• I participated in all aspects of the youth's lifestyle including facilitating activities, therapy, meals, chores, administering medications, and speaking Spanish.

PROMOTION- ACTIVITY COORDINATOR

I was responsible for organization, implementing, and participating in enrichment activities that fit each individual youth's needs. This included reach out, budgeting, recording and leading each activity.

PROMOTION- LIFE SKILLS SPECAILIST

As a life skills specialist, I worked with each individual youth on completing several life skills assessments which were required in our program and very important in the youth's legal journey. This included but was not limited to helping the youth through the assessment, physical outings, encouragement, and recording all progress.

My itles have included server, banquet server, student manger, barista, cashier, and kitchen worker. They have taught me resilience, responsibility, people-skills, and continually make me better at working in problem-solving situations.
