  • Two years as a D&D Training Coordinator. Track and maintain employee qualifications and training needs for over 130 employees and subcontractors. Had an active role with management in determining training requirements and qualifications. Scheduled and enrolled individuals in required training courses. I developed a spread sheet and sequential tracking system for materials ordered by project engineers. Twice daily I attended a plan of the day meeting and prepare the schedules for the craft D&D personnel. I schedule all appointments for all our employee medicals.
