The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

*Manage accounts successful and timely collection of all client payments for the two Florida locations.

*This role involves ensuring clients have what they need from us in order to submit payments, maintaining communication, thru the progression of payment status, and managing the full cycle of collections.

*Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in the construction industry (AIA style billings, progress billings, SOV templates)

*Strong investigation skills, including skip tracing, contacting repossession agency with accurate location of the vehicle in order to recover for repossession

• Informed clients of policies and procedures.
• Maintained accurate records of client communications, transactions, policies, and other relevant documentation for seamless operations within the agency.
• De-escalated and resolved customer complaints with punctual, polite and professional service.
• Delivered exceptional customer service by proactively addressing concerns and fostering a positive experience throughout all interactions.

* Collects debts for a variety of companies, including hospitals, retail stores, utility companies, finance companies, commercial businesses, and government entities.
