As an Optician, I assisted patients/customers with choosing eyewear that they not only loved, but fit appropriately as well. I then explained what I felt they would need with their eyewear to see the best, according to doctor's recommendations. I also assisted with training new hires, and completing supply orders, which helped me as I was promoted to Assistant Eyeglass Manager.

As Assistant Eyeglass Manager, I worked side by side with the General Store Manager with different tasks, as well as providing solutions to resolve any issues with a patients eyewear.

• Greeting customer upon entering the store, assisting with any help they needed in finding items for purchase or creating orders for the items we didn't have in stock at the store
• Assisting with sales and returns, and helped train new employees
• Maintained the clean appearance of the store as well as restocking new product

• Building relationships with customers by showing them around the showroom floor, and helping them decide on furniture or mattresses to best fit their needs and wants through information given to me
• Giving quotes on pricing for special orders, giving warranty information for the items being purchased
• Assisting office personnel with setting up pick up/delivery date of furniture, as well as following up with customers after their purchase with updates and expected pick up or delivery dates

• Customer service duties: receiving and marking/tagging clothing and household items from customers, as well as returning items to customer on pick up date
• Production duties: prep and cleaning of clothing followed by pressing

• Selling children's clothing, as well as markdown of merchandise, put together and changing of department displays, and maintaining the appearance of the department

• Janitorial duties for commercial businesses, as well as maintaining yards for residential and commercial customers

• Duties were opening or closing of restaurant
• In charge of shifts, counting money, maintaining a clean restaurant
