Serves as the primary liaison for the state to the National Guard Bureau and the Air National Guard Readiness Center.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborated with the Director of Staff and Assistant Adjutant General on state recruiting and retention matters. Offering recommendations on recruiting related and force management concerns.
  • Provided executive level administration such as creating and writing TAG level presentations.
  • Served as the primary interface between National Guard Bureau (NGB) program managers to examine program performance and effectiveness. Maintain Staff assistant Visit (SAV) Program.
  • Monitored Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) checklist ensures compliance with annual completion requirements.
  • Interfaces daily with general officers, senior field grade officers and senior NCOs throughout the state and NGB/A1Y Directorate.
