Additional Information
I have worked at Cascade Valley hospital for almost 26 years now, And due to a recent interest in a house in Eastern Washington. I submitted my letter of resignation. We unfortunately did not get the house. That led us to decided we want to live and reside in Western washington and I would like to reapply for my position as Unit Assistant II and continue working for Cascade Valley hospital ( my second Home) until I retire.
