• Helped the flow pa’s with controlling the flow of the floor and preventing gridlocks.

Process guide:

I have helped to control the flow within expansion, clearing blue lights back filling for associates as they go to the bathroom. Through helping out In expansion. I utilized proper communication with the flow team to backfill associates when more volume is diverted to expansion. After excelling in expansion was relied upon more to help within the outbound dock With helping on Outbound Dock I helped out more with allocating associates.

Problem Solve:

• Fix all the damages of a package so consumers can get their packages by time
• Made decisions and resolved issues using critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Downloaded slack for call out from slam lines for unsealed packages, damaged or smeared QR codes that are unreadable.
