• Direct and Control gym staff to ensure gym is staffed appropriately based on overall needs of the facility and tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate and assist in the disciplinary process to ensure all gym policies are being followed/upheld. Coordinate and execute hiring practices and onboarding new team members, and assist with training protocols.
• Resolve employee concerns; partnering with HR as needed.

Additional Duties:

• Be a positive example to staff, encourage and coach staff on proper techniques using positive reinforcement and leadership.
• Oversee the completion of the daily and weekly tasks/checklists.
• Assess and assist in emergency situations, complete incident reports, etc.
• Responsible for assisting with hiring
• Manage team member performance; providing feedback to team member regularly.
• Responsible for answering the phone, resolving member/guest level issues, and answering member/guests questions in a professional manner to the best of their knowledge.
