  • Performed membrane filtration on inprocess samples, finished product, and raw materials (water, malt, and flavor adjuncts).
  • Performed identification and related testing in conjunction with microbial contamination.
  • Mixed culture isolation, shelf-life testing, root cause analysis, basic biochemical testing (gram stains, catalase test, and oxidase test), and RT-qPCR.
  • Developed and maintained sterility reports and trends using excel. Lead several investigations when sterility issues arose.
