My career began with volunteer work in technology and live production, which led to supporting the technology department at New London-Spicer Public Schools. I later became the Performing Arts Center Technology Director, where I managed audiovisual systems, coordinated events, and optimized technical operations.
Through these roles, I have developed strong communication and customer support skills, ensuring that clients and teams receive clear guidance and effective solutions. My expertise includes Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, hardware/software troubleshooting, live event production, team coordination, and I am always eager to learn more.
