PBMS Coordinator: Managed the divisions employee positions and vacancies
PMAS Coordinator: Ensured all division Performance Management Appraisal Programs (PMAPs) are conducted and completed in PMAS within the set timelines. Update raters and reviewers as necessary.
PMIS Custodial Officer: Managed property through its full life cycle to include transferring property, receiving property transfers, and updating property location information. Lead on year-end property inventory used to confirm all barcoded property is in possession by division staff.
TMS Coordinator: Ensured that employees created and maintained active telework agreements as necessary.
Contract Officer Representative (COR) for a service contract with a base year of $119,490 and option year of $122,524. Coordinated with Contracting Officer (CO) on any contract changes or modification. Conferred with contracting company on contractor’s needs. Receive and submit invoice payments monthly via the Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE) system. COR certified.
Developed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and administrative policies for procuring and distributing supplies during the full time telework due to COVID-19.

National Diabetes Prevention Program Operations Center planning team: Scheduled and attended reoccurring meetings with CDC Interior Designer, facilities maintenance, Information Technology team, DDT Director and Deputy Director, Program Management Specialist, and the Aerospace & Defense Sector Manager. The Ops Center has state of the art Oblong Mezzanine 600 system which will create collaborative work and customer engagement in real time.
Multiple streams of content will be placed on 6 ultra-high-definition displays which is the first of its kind at CDC. Project estimate was over $146,000.
Trained new Federal employees and contractors in all aspects of administration procedures and processes to include purchasing, recruitment, personnel actions, on-boarding, and travel as well as supervised training progression and adjust processes as required until staff are fully trained.
