Summary

Special education teacher with over 38 years of experience in resource and general education classrooms as well as a university setting. Responsibilities outside the classroom included serving on a countywide leadership team, collaborating with local universities to assist students toward their teaching path, and mentoring new teachers within the school through the county Special Education mentoring program. Now seeking to further expand these skills at the university level and pursue my passion for the classroom by continuing to mentor and develop strong educators.
