Wynwood provided a fully automated receipt and disbursement service throughout the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, for various banks and financial institutions. This servicing was designed specifically to process deeds of trust, Real Estate contracts, and escrow payments. For developers or holders of multiple contracts, specialized reports were provided to help them more effectively manage delinquencies, monthly cash flow, and development equity.
As a Customer Service Representative, my primary duties were as such:

2. Process verifications, bankruptcies, disbursement changes, and automatic debits.
3. Provide written and verbal payoffs.
4. Provide amortization schedules for 360/365 interest calculations.
