BPHC Award for Excellence in Program Design

Awarded for the design and implementation of a model outreach program meant to ensure access to health and safety services for migrant farmworkers and other culturally diverse populations.

2001 BPHC Award for Excellence

An award issued by Bureau of Primary Health Care to grant funded health care programs for underserved populations. 

I designed, and implemented a multi-faceted outreach program which resulted in 100s of community partners, identification of thousands of isolated patients who had never seen a doctor, 3 new rural community health centers, a rural mobile medical and dental service, a free tri-lingual resource  phone line, etc.
