I was hired as Program Manager for the Roanoke Area Home Therapies, later went part-time as contract consultant for CQI and area marketing and CKD education. I worked with local nephrologists and their end stage renal patients in education and options. Returned full time in 2013 and supported my regional director in consulting with struggling home programs to work through quality and growth issues and helped with staff and patient education to improve their outcomes. I was hired into the company as a Field Nurse 2/96 to 6/96.
