  • Director, National Call Center Achievements
  • Director, Call Center Markets from 2009 until program disbanded in 2013. This was a program designed to call into out of area territories that company algorithms showed were competitive & were assigned additional sales calls. Along with sales tasks, duties included:
  • 1. Analyzing and Re-assessing markets to assign appropriate call volumes in each market.
  • 2. Assigning and monitoring expected sales activity quotas by Call Center Sales Reps.
  • 3. Working with local District Managers & VP’s on assessing & re-assigning market targets.
  • As Director, National Call Center exceeded over 120% of sales goal every year.

  • In Senior Sales Representative role, I have mentored 19 new hires in other offices, including 2 that have been Rookie of the Year & 3 that have been promoted to management positions. Mentoring includes weekly phone calls to train on product knowledge & sales techniques, role playing exercises, web training exercises & continued career monitoring
  • Have trained 14 new hires in the last 8 years in the Detroit office. Training constitutes an intensive program of product & industry knowledge, licensing appointment & role-playing exercises to prepare new hires to sell products, along with continued support during the first 2 years of employment.
  • Led a team of 4 that formalized the new hire training program for a 70+ person sales organization.
  • In 2018, chosen to be liaison to vendor, International Medical Group. Responsibilities include creating mass market email distribution communications, working with vendor to improve all facets of relationship.
