Patrick Norton

I am currently an Area Manager for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. in Lawton, Oklahoma. I have worked in this position for the past 11 years. In my Area Manager tenure, I was on special assignment for six months in the position of Calendar Cutting Business Center (CCBC) Daily Equipment Care (DEC) Leader and served on the CCBC steering Committee. Over the past 21 years, I have become certified in several jobs in multiple departments. I am a dependable, hard-working employee and always do what is asked of me and help where needed. Capable of quickly learning new assignments involving decision making, organizing data, customer service, work cross-functionally with others, and prioritizing responsibilities. Responsible, reliable, and able to work quickly. I currently have an Associate of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
