Patrick O'Neil brings more than two decades of proven expertise in the waste industry, driving achievement in revenue growth, brand marketing, and operational efficiencies. In 2011, he co-founded Alternative Waste Solutions (AWS) to bring more personalized waste management solutions to the fast-growing metro Atlanta market. Under his leadership, AWS has achieved rapid growth and today is the largest independent commercial waste and recycling hauler in the Atlanta Market. Prior to founding AWS, O'Neil has served in numerous leadership roles in the waste industry including the Southern Group VP of Sales for Waste Management, VP of sales for Browning Ferris Industries and most recently he was the VP of Operations for Emerald Waste Services. Where he oversaw eight landfills and six hauling companies and servicing over 100,000 customers. As VP, he helped grow revenues from $25 million to $75 million, and provided key leadership to EWS employees during a period of acquisition and restructuring.
