Wine buyer for two businesses, maintain a team of 4-7 individuals, P & L responsibilities, payroll and scheduling. Built and operate a wine club of over 100 individuals. Keeping constant relations with guests while going above and beyond expectations.

Worked the floor of historic Harriman's Virginia Piedmont Grill as both a bartender and server while assisting our resorts Sommelier. Maintained rigorous Forbes 5 star standings while serving several Forbes mystery auditors while the resort was awarded its 5'th star for both the Resort and Restaurant. Constantly learning and improving while giving the highest level of service and professionalism to all guests of the resort. Constantly going above and beyond as a day-to-day standard.
