  • Completed a one-day Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim run (42 miles and 20,000 feet in elevation).
  • Climbed Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest free-standing mountain in the world, 19,340 feet).
  • Climbed Ojos del Salado (the highest volcano in the world, 22,615 feet).
  • Competed in multiple marathons and ultramarathons.
  • Became a living kidney donor in 2016 and continue to do donor advocacy and awareness work.
  • Raised over $500,000 with my family through multiple fundraising campaigns to support research for Sanfilippo Syndrome.
  • Fulfilled lifelong goal of international service (2003-2004), traveling to various developing countries, volunteering, researching and writing.
