  • Job Duties: In the role I oversee daily operations of a school lunch program. This position requires daily data entry of sales and inventory taking. Work daily with my team to make sure every student receives a meal prepared for them. Daily recording of temperatures for food management. Also oversee the daily task of my team and the operations of our kitchen. I've currently have been assigned for the past few months managing meal counts for 11 kitchen school sites. Helping maintain cost and waste. This means working with these 11 sites weekly or even daily. With this process I order product from 2 different companies to ensure each student has a healthy lunch each day for all 11 sites! As of recently I have been asked to manage a second school also.

  • Once again I started my own business! With starting this business I partnered with a catering company. I had about 10 drivers that made deliveries for me. I would dispatch drivers to the runs daily. Also worked hand and hand with the catering company to ensure successful deliveries everyday. Working with my IC daily to make routes were covered. End of year catering company closed down business. At this time I signed on with Priority Dispatch! Starting here I was delivering medication to nursing homes. I started as a stat driver and then took on more work doing sweeps on 3rd shift. After showing I can be responsible and so up on time, I was asked to become a lead driver. Shortly after starting this I filled in for the 3rd shift supervisor position when that employee left the company. Since they filled it, I was asked to stay on a few days and to run my routes also.
