Daily overseer and full time supervisor of Logistic, Administration, and Training for 2 Army Aviation Companies. Made sure payroll was done in and on time by the Company administrator for all company members which mainly consisted of UH1 helicopter pilots and crew chiefs. Along with flight pay. Wrote all flight plans and training for which pilots would practice and perform training. Made sure that all uniforms, battle and flight gear was accounted for and in top condition by the company supply Sargent.

Responsible for briefing and keeping the Company Commander abreast of each and every area of concern.

Responsible for recruiting members into the Alabama Army National Guard. From seeing that each person applying was qualified both academically and physically. Transported to the MEPS station in Montgomery AL with completion of final paperwork needed to enter the National Guard
