Some of my responsibilities while working include but are not limited to

• Conducting daily tests on Trublue hardness testers for Rockwell and Brinell blocks to ensure they follow ASTM E18 and ISO guide 25 standards.
• Performed tests on materials, composites, and minerals using Diamond indentation to measure the block's hardness.
• Creating certifications for test blocks using Microsoft Excel, including customer information, signatures, and accreditation to NVLAP
• Responsible for Etching test blocks for privately labeled and non-privately labeled customers
• Packaging test blocks and preparing information such as purchase orders and packaging slips for logistics

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Management of emails from customers consisting of quotation requests and purchase orders
• Entering orders and information from vendors for any material requisitions using accounting software Sage 50
• Organization and filing of past invoices and purchase orders
• Responsible for deposit of incoming customer checks
• Sending invoices to customers with overdue balances (usually over 90 days)
