At NCS, he led operations, service, installation, delivery, and acquisition integration across 50% of the U.S. His innovative approach to reworking unprofitable contracts, eliminating non-profitable business, and streamlining operations resulted in improving EBITDA margins from -7% to 12%, a $10M turnaround, and increasing the company’s sale price by over $100M. His efforts also earned NCS top customer satisfaction scores in an independent service survey.
Before his role at NCS, Paul was Senior Vice President of CDK Global, where he was one of eight leaders tasked with overhauling the company’s business model to boost operating margins from 22% to 35%. He led multiple business units, including North American Operations, Consulting Services, and Product Marketing, successfully addressing organizational challenges such as associate turnover, declining profits, and outdated business practices.
