Paul Caldeira

• I worked as a case manager for the Pioneer Human Services Recovery Navigation Program. My job was to help people who are at risk of being incarcerated get the services and support that they needed to better their lives and stay out of the justice system.

• I worked as a resident advisor for the WSU Department of Housing. My responsibility for this job was to create an inclusive environment for my assigned floor while also making sure that my residence were abiding the rules of their housing contract.

• I worked as a peer mentor for high school students in the Cougs Rise program on campus. My jobs propose was to help support and mentor first generation high school students with on their path of pursuing College.

I worked as a Lumper for North West Freight Handlers in Spokane Washington. My job was to unload pallets from semi trucks that dock at the warehouse and to restack them. While i was employed with NW Freight Handlers i worked a shift starting at 04:00, Which provided me with experience of working a Schedule out side of the standard 9-5.

• I worked for the Spokane Indians baseball team as a caterer for the sky boxes. This job required me to get my food handlers card. In addition, build experience in working with difficult customers.
