Forestry Technician - Apprentice GS-04

  • Engine Crew Member FF1 Fire Fighter Type 1.
  • Task Books Opened For (FF1) Fire Fighter Type 1, (ICT5) Incident Commander Type 5.
  • Completed Task Book (FF1)-Signed off and added to my red card.
  • Obtained CDL Class B permit. CDL drive test scheduled.
  • Filled engine with water , operated pump
  • Trained fellow firefighters on fire suppression tactics using sand tables, real-life scenarios, and wildfire incidents.
  • Lead a short squad to patrol a fire and identify hazards.
  • Walked along the fire's edge to ensure there were no spot fires, and containment lines would hold.
