On top of the usual sweeping,mopping,vacuuming,dusting etc I would scrub bathrooms with a deck brush and deep clean behind bar every month.( I cleaned behind bar everyday,but it's also necessary to get on your belly to get into all the far reaches behind bar)I would sometimes get out garden hose and power spray behind bar as well.There are many little things I did too numerous to mention.I also did quite a bit of shoveling and even some painting over the years.
