I have worked in San Jose market from 8/23 to 12/23 then transferred to Marin/Sonoma county market 12/23 to current. Repairing in house Bosch Thermador and Gaggenau appliances. Received product training in New Bern, hands on training at our local DC periodically and currently online training via FUSE and Gaggenau virtual training.

Responsible for pre-diagnosing Appliances & TV repairs, on all brands including Samsung/ LG/ Electrolux/ Frigidaire/ GE/ Whirlpool/ Bosch/ Dacor/Thermador/Viking/Sub-Zero/Wolf and many other brands. Ordering & locating all necessary parts for the repairs needed. Talking to the client & technician directly, to obtain and facilitate necessary set up of appointments & schedules. Updating and maintaining all appropriate paperwork. Training New Hire colleagues on all aspects of the position. Continued training on all new and adjusted processes. Used a Laptop & several monitors to navigate all programs needed to facilitate the position.

Field appliance repair technician in North California. Repairing all proprietary appliance brands Electrolux, Frigidaire, Crosley, AEG, Molteni, Westinghouse, etc. Completed monthly product training 10/8/2018. Acted has provisional Lead Tech from 10/8/2018 to 06/18/21 under California Manager Rocco Fasano.

Diagnosed and repaired appliances in clients homes and for builders/Contractors all brands Sub Zero, Wolf, Asko, Viking, Dacor, Thermador, Bosch, Fisher Paykel, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Kitchenaid, Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, and many other brands.

Diagnosed and repaired premium brand kitchen, refrigeration and laundry appliances; recently trained as a flat-panel television field diagnostic repair technician including, but not limited to, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Pioneer, Vizio, Sony, Insignia brands; acted as mentor to newly-hired and incumbent technicians to transition to multi-disciplined technicians; Started installing new Dishwashers and over the range Microwave's and removing existing units.

Diagnosed and repaired all kitchen, refrigeration and laundry appliances sold by Sears. Also repaired all direct manufactured products under manufacture warranty via A&E Factory Service.
