  • My next assignment was as General Manager for Team Mancuso Powersports North (Formerly AJ Foyt Cycles) after the store was purchased by the Mancuso Group.
  • Implemented inventory controls and sales processes, leading to significant profitability.
  • I then was moved to Clear Lake Kawasaki and Word Cycle and Marine as General Manager over both until relocating them after bringing the same changes as to the prior store.
  • Clear Lake Kawasaki was then relocated and renamed Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Freeway.
  • At this time Galveston Honda was purchased and I continued as General Manager for both Word Cycle and Marine and Galveston Honda until the two stores were combined as Team Mancuso Powersports South.
  • Over the course of approximately eighteen months this store became extremely profitable.
  • In April of 2008 I was moved to Mancuso Harley Davidson Crossroads as the General Manager.
  • The store was performing poorly and in the red when I arrived.
  • We finished 2008 with just over 1 million in operating profit.
  • In the following years we won two Silver Bar and Field awards and operating profit was between 1.8 and 2.1 million dollars.
  • Many times in double digits.
  • Collaborated with COO to drive vehicle sales growth.
  • Collaborated with departments to manage expenses and schedule employees.
