Organizational Leadership: Leadership has been the cornerstone of my career. My achievements include managing and leading a team of 45+ personnel for Wal-Mart. As most are aware, customer service is an integral part of retaining customers, I personally instilled a daily mantra with our teams to ensure we provided the upmost favorable experience for our customers and employees. Customer Relationships: Recognized for both professionalism, tenacity and for warm interpersonal skills, much of my success in employee and customer satisfaction is from building relationships and communicating clearly to ensure everyone has a shared vision. Goal Oriented: Being driven and instilling the same vision to the team is important in my daily drive. Setting goals of increasing sales or customer satisfaction have and will always be integrated into my career goals.
