- manage 7 truck drivers out of our location. dispatch them to with ever location they need to get grain from and where to take it if its to another location or to a customer
- manage 3 outside operation employees. let them know what they will need to be doing for the day if its dry fertilizer, nh3, shop work, loading or unloading trucks, grounds work, anything that needs done
- SAFETY. make sure everyone is following safety protocols
- unload and load grain
- probe and scale trucks
- run fertilizer shed
- order or transfer dry fertilizer
- order shop supplies ranging from tires for trucks, oil, nh3 parts, tool, etc.
- handling training program. most of training is done by me.
- working in shop if its fabricating something or working on trucks or equipment
